Which PC Games Are Offline?

Whether you are in the market for a new game or simply want to find out which PC games are offline, you’ve come to the right place. We’ve put together a list of some of the most popular games for you to choose from. You’ll find that there’s something here to please everyone, no matter what your preference is.

Resident Evil 6

Taking a step back from the survival horror that defined the previous games, Resident Evil 6 combines action and horror in an attempt to produce a new experience for players. It features four campaigns, including a co-op version, that follow Chris Redfield, Jake Muller, and Piers Nivans, as they fight zombies and mutated creatures.

The game features a variety of gruesome monsters, an anti-zombie martial art, and missions in abandoned laboratories. But while the game does a decent job of blending the horror and action, it is a hollow experience that fails to capture the thrill of being scared.

The campaign may be the only highlight of the game. It has an introductory sequence filled with quick-time events, a nifty combat system, and a few interesting puzzles. But the game itself is a mess.

The most obvious difference between the Resident Evil 6 and its predecessors is the inclusion of split screen co-op. However, in the game’s latest incarnation, the two-player mode is limited to giving and receiving items. This is a shame because it is the only way to enjoy the game’s many puzzles, and it does offer a few nifty new twists.

BioShock

Whether you are looking for a new game to play or a fresh perspective on a classic, a BioShock PC game will fit the bill. These titles have garnered a ton of accolades, and are regarded as some of the best single-player experiences of all time.

The BioShock franchise is a series of real-time action RPGs that feature high-octane hack and slash combat, open-world environments, and characters like Zachary Hale Comstock and Andrew Ryan. Each title in the series has its own unique melee weapon, though not all of them are unlocked by leveling up.

The aptly titled Rapture Metro Pack adds three retooled locations from the original game, plus some narrative. In addition, the game’s downloadable content mode allows up to ten players to take on the city’s biggest challenges.

The Rapture Metro Pack also boasts some of the most visually impressive cinematic scenes of all time. One of the most memorable moments comes when you find yourself on the brink of death in a cell that contains a “parasite”. That said, this ol’ timer isn’t for the faint of heart, and is only advisable for those with the patience to deal with the glitches.

Divinity: Original Sin 2

Whether you’re a fan of tabletop RPGs or simply enjoy the genre, Divinity: Original Sin 2 is a game you’ll want to add to your collection. This PC experience features rich visuals, a wide array of customizable classes, and deep RPG systems that encourage imaginative thinking and meaningful choices.

The Divinity series is known for its sweeping high fantasy tales, and Divinity: Original Sin 2 delivers the same compelling storylines in an all-new format. Players can choose from 14 different classes, each with unique abilities and strengths.

You can also play alone or in co-op. You can choose between local or online multiplayer, and up to four players can play together in split-screen couch co-op.

Aside from the core game, you can download a bunch of DLC. You can even try out some fan-made campaigns or mods from the Steam Workshop. You can use the game’s Game Master Mode to create your own customized campaign.

In the Xbox 360 version, you can play the game in two-player or four-player cooperative co-op, depending on the version you buy. You can choose between a full-length story or a branching narrative adventure. You can also explore companion locations, where you can recruit new party members.

Witcher 3 – Wild Hunt

Despite being a tad on the sluggish side, the Nintendo Switch version of The Witcher 3 is actually playable. The graphics are not bad for a portable and the system has a nifty controller that does away with the need for a separate mouse and keyboard. The witcher 3 has a plethora of free DLC packages to boot. The aforementioned opulence can be found in the form of custom armor and weapon enhancements.

The Witcher 3 – Complete Edition is a middling version of the original. The best part is that the Nintendo Switch edition is actually playable, albeit not without a steady Internet connection. The only drawback to the console is that it isn’t very convenient. This is especially true if you happen to be on the go, in a city with WiFi and without a reliable power source. It’s also not that easy to find one of these elusive consoles. The good news is that you’re in luck if you’re lucky enough to have a friend on the same boat.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

Whether you want to play Skyrim offline or online, you need to make sure you have the correct requirements. If you’re playing on a PC, you need to have a minimum of 8GB of system RAM and an AMD FX-8320 or a GeForce GTX 470. For the Xbox One, you’ll need at least a Core i5-2400 or a GeForce GTX 770.

You also need to make sure you have a reliable internet connection. If you don’t, you won’t be able to download mods or new content. If you’re playing with a group of friends, you’ll need to have at least two players. You’ll also need to have a second disk containing all patches and DLC.

The game’s main storyline centers on a Dragonborn, a character that you develop as you explore the world. You’ll battle Alduin, the World Eater. In addition, you’ll find yourself fighting against Greybeards and Stormcloaks. The last surviving dragon, Paarthurnax, is also part of the game.

Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is a massive, action role-playing game set in a large, open world. It’s also one of the most popular games on the PC.

Civilization 6

Whether you’re on the go or at home, there’s no reason to stop playing Civilization 6 online. The game is a lot of fun and it’s a great way to spend an afternoon on your iPad or iPhone.

The game has several notable achievements to its credit, including a huge map, a well-designed city building system, and unique units. The game is also a turn-based strategy game, which allows players to strategically place their units on the map to maximize their chances of winning a battle.

It’s difficult to find out how Civilization 6 compares to other titles in the genre, however. Despite being a new title, there are many similarities to earlier iterations of the game. While some of the new features may be more impressive than others, the game still remains one of the best turn-based strategy games on the market.

The game offers a number of unique advantages, including a robust AI campaign and local multiplayer. The main goal of the game is to build a successful civilization and conquer the world. The game has a plethora of features and options, which can make it frustrating to play.

System Shock 2

Among the plethora of games released in the past few decades, the System Shock series stands out as one of the few franchises that’s still alive and kicking. The latest incarnation is more than a decade old, but that doesn’t mean it has lost its charm. Luckily for the diehards, Night Dive Studios has announced plans to release an Enhanced Edition in the not too distant future. It’s not hard to see why the studio is the company to watch, with a slew of titles under its belt.

There’s no shortage of System Shock 2 trophies to be found in the game’s many corners, but that doesn’t mean you have to fight for them. As of this writing, the game remains available for download and is well worth the price of admission. The aforementioned Enhanced Edition also makes the game even more immersive by adding features like high resolution graphics and an all-encompassing audiophile experience. And while you’re at it, why not check out the new and improved online multiplayer version of the game?

Grand Theft Auto Online

Originally released in October 2013 for the PlayStation 3, Grand Theft Auto Online was developed in tandem with the single player mode. It was accompanied by free content updates introducing new gameplay features and vehicles. A standalone version of the game was launched on March 15, 2022.

The Grand Theft Auto Online series of games is set in the fictional city of Los Santos. The game includes a wide variety of businesses and activities for players to take part in. The game features a large open world that allows players to explore and interact with other players.

The Grand Theft Auto series is geared towards an adult audience. The game features violence, drug abuse, nudity, and coarse language. The game’s storyline is clever, and depicts a mature satire.

The initial release of Grand Theft Auto Online suffered from numerous technical issues. For example, there were problems with wooden pallets, forklifts, and box cars. The game also had a bizarre enemy NPC that would spin in place and cause the player’s cash to burn.
