Powerful Processor
If money were no object, one of the most important components of the custom-built computer I would purchase would be a powerful processor. When it comes to the brain of the computer, I would opt for a processor from either Intel or AMD. An Intel i7-9700K processor is one of the most powerful on the market today and would be a great option for my custom build. This processor has eight cores, eight threads, a base clock speed of 3.60 GHz, and a turbo boost up to 4.9 GHz. The integrated graphics offers up to 1.2GHz on graphics frequency. This processor is extremely powerful and would be perfect for my custom build.
RAM
Next, I would opt for RAM with a lot of memory. The more RAM available, the better the results in gaming and various multimedia tasks. For my build, I would opt for a minimum of 8GB RAM, but preferably 16GB or more. The type of RAM would depend on the processor I choose. If this were the Intel i7-9700K processor, then I would go for DDR4 RAM, as it is compatible.
Motherboard
Once the processor and RAM are selected, the next most important component is the motherboard. The motherboard must be compatible with the processor and RAM chosen. For my build, I would opt for an Intel or Asus motherboard. Both of these manufacturers make high-quality products. Ideally, I would like a motherboard which is LGA1151 compatible and offers features such as multiple PCIe slots, USB 3.0 ports, and multiple RAM slots.
Graphics Card
For the graphics card, if money were no object I would choose an Nvidia RTX-3080. This is currently the most powerful graphics card on the market and would be perfect for my custom-built gaming PC. This graphics card offers a whopping 10GB of GDDR6X VRAM and also offers ray-tracing capabilities. This would enable me to enjoy the best possible gaming experience on my custom-built computer.
Storage
When it comes to storage, I would opt for an SSD. Solid-state drives offer superior performance over conventional hard drives. They are also much faster, which is essential for gaming. I would opt for a minimum of 1TB of storage, but preferably 2TB or more.
Power Supply
Finally, the most important component of the custom-built computer would be the power supply. I would opt for a high-quality power supply that offers plenty of wattage. The higher the wattage, the better as it will ensure the components of the computer have sufficient power to operate. I would prefer a power supply with at least 750 watts of power, but preferably 1000 watts or more.
Conclusion
If money were no object, I would opt for a powerful processor, a lot of RAM, a high-quality motherboard, the most powerful Nvidia graphics card, plenty of SSD storage, and a top-of-the-line power supply for my custom-built computer. All of these components combined would create a powerful gaming rig capable of running the most demanding games with ease.
